This free introductory online call will give you the opportunity to explore how Reiki will support your well being, and ask any questions you may have.
I also develop and deliver bespoke group Reiki sessions for corporate events, particularly schools, FE colleges and universities - please book a complimentary consultation to discuss further.
In-Person Reiki

An in-person session consisting of a 15 minute chat to identify how I can best work with you and your energy. We will then spend 60 minutes in treatment, with a 15 minute concluding discussion.
Distance Reiki

As with the in-person sessions, we will have a 15 minute pre-discussion to identify areas of focus, via online call. We can remain on the call during the Reiki session, or not, the choice is entirely yours. Following this, I will be available for a follow up chat online.
